RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in providing quality products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, we have outlined our return policy below:

RETURNING A PRODUCT:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. We will make an exception for gifts around Christmas time. The returned product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.

  • Kindly ensure to include the original receipt or a note indicating your name and order ID#, and specifying that you are returning the item for a refund or exchange. Additionally, please provide a brief description of the reason for returning the product to help us improve our customer service.

  • Ship the product to the return address provided:

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Upon returning an item for exchange or refund, please be aware that the refunded amount will only encompass the item price. Unfortunately, the shipping charge incurred with the original order is non-refundable.

Upon returning a product that originally shipped for free, a deduction of $9 will be subtracted from your refund. In the event that an item is exchanged and the exchanged product is subsequently returned for a refund, where the original item had free shipping, a deduction of $16 will be applied to the refunded amount.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:

If you need to exchange a product, please follow the same process as returning a product. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue an exchange.

Orders will be subject to a shipping fee for exchanges. We will provide a quote for the shipping fee before processing the exchange. We provide a complimentary shipment for one exchange for orders with free shipping(coupon free shipping does not apply). However, if you require a second exchange, a shipping fee will be charged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Customers have a 30-day window from the date of shipment to lodge any claims regarding their orders. It is imperative that claims are initiated within this timeframe to ensure efficient resolution. After the 30-day period expires, the company may not be able to address issues related to the order. Therefore, we encourage customers to promptly inspect their orders upon receipt and promptly report any discrepancies or concerns to our customer service department for timely assistance.
